Default DIY rebuilt injectors?

I have an 01 6.6 Ally combo I put into my 72 blazer. I have 2 injectors I think got mucked up by some alge or some crap. It started and ran fine when I bought the pull out but after sitting 6 months or so I had lots of problems getting it to start. I found some slimy crap up in the fuel lines and in the ECM When I blew it all out it starts and runs but misses on 2 cyls. Ill have to bust out the Modis and see wich ones again as I had ran an assload of ATF through it and marval mystery oil as well as some Diesel fuel cleaners but no love commin.
Before I rip into it Is ther ea way to rebuild my own? or at least diss assemble them myself?
Ill bet they got some of that crap in them
Thanks in advance

Common rail injectors are more, how should I say, have a lot less tolerance for error. I'd send them in, all 8, and have them checked out.

Power Service does make an additive just for algae. Dump some in to help combat what you got in the rest of the system.

Yes I realize the tolerances but all I want to know is has anyone taken them apart and cleaned them? If so how do they come apart so I can dot it myself, Cause Im gonna do it anyways. Hell I made this thing rum myself and installed all the electronics incl the guage electronics mated to a custom fabbed guage faces to fit the 72 dash. Guess Ill have to tell u when im done =)

Thank u for the heads up on the add's The rest of the system is Custom fabbed so their isnt anything but fresh fuel in it. I used a custom 40 gal tank for a first gen blazer and modified it to use the factory Dmax pickup and sender assy
