Default Lost on this.

My truck batteries went dead so I boosted it off and it happened again a couple days later. So I replaced the batteries, problem solved so I thought. Now I have no inside lights, headlights(has park lights), dash lights, gauges, or radio. I checked all fuses and relays, there good, and i cant find a reset switch. Does it have a safety mode? Any Ideas, I would appreciate it.

Are there any relays under the hood on that truck? Ford has a relay/fuse block under the hood on the driver side, might check that. Sounds like a fuse to me. I had a similar problem on my bronco when i was changing the wire loom but i think it was cause i was drinkin and playin with wires!

i know on a dodge there is a huge like 120A fusible link under the hood that caused this problem, i hate to beat the check the fuses thing but its weird that you dont have any headlights or dash lights

Do you have an alarm on the truck? Sounds like all the functions an alarm are hooked up to, maybe jump starting it fried something. Shouldn't, but maybe it did.

Well the shop figured it out. When they installed my aftermarket stereo, to keep the door ding you have to put in an aftermarket dinger. The one that they put in shorted out, took it out problem solved. Been in the shop all week for that, sux huh?
