dose anyone have a high idle switch in in there truck?

is this what you were tellin me about the other day? cause i might need to do it cause i'm reeeally wantin to hit 30 psi

but i already got trouble startin it since it's around 12-20* some days...

 

what kind do you have i been thinkin about getin one and also is there a way to hook it into remote start?

 

it doesent help out with starting, it just raises the idle speed to prevent washing the cylinders when idling a long time and i can be turned up to help warm up the truck faster when it cold.

When the switch it flipped on it actually decreases performance. it acts like a valet switch. thats why some people mount it out of sight.


no problem with remote start. i got a PPE one but u can make ur own for like 10 bucks.

ya i didnt notice i was in the lb7 forum till i posted ... i noticed that everyone that replyed b4 me has an lb7 though.. i wasnt thinkin clearly sorry

 

oh okay. well seems kinda like a waste. i mean my truck heats up fine and i don't let anybody drive my truck. and it never idles for a long time. conclusion: i don't need it
