Default Fuel leak in oil crankcase?

I got an 01 6.6 Duramax and it is leaking diesel in the oil crankcase. Whenever i give it gas driving down the road or going up some hills and stuff it acts like it is losing fuel and goes to a limp mode. I didnt know if the injectors are leaking or what was causing it?

Sounds like you got an injector out. How does it idle, any white smoke at cold start??

its injectors, take it to the dealer asap, i know of a guy who had his block ruined due to an injector failing that way, its the last year of the warranty they might or might not cover it cause its an 01.

does it have 200k miles on it or less?

just so you know they should cover it under warranty. we just had one here in the shop last week that was a 01 and it got covered under warranty.. as long as your under 200k then it should be covered. but like everyone else said get it there asap before anything else gets messed up.

yeah the warranty went out in september that is what sucks..its just a work truck on mine and my dad's farm so im not really worried about it but i did take it to the dealer this past summer and they couldnt find anything wrong with it and then i started having trouble with it again and found out warranty went out september 15 so i figured they done it on purpose be my guess..it is a bad injector matter fact 4 of them are bad so i think im better off selling it.

Well ive put a new fuel pump and a new fuel filter in it and that was back in the summer and it acutally idles fine and no white smoke so far. Its the injectors for sure and i got 4 out so im going to sell it. injectors from gm i can get for $364 a piece and they'll charge an arm and a leg for labor so im better off selling it. Ill find me a new work truck because i wear them out pretty quick.
