I would do amber like stock as they are marker lights and to prevent any issues with DOT, highway patrol, etc.
For my truck. Loven it. Already been tuning it with Efi Live and having fun. Put, just like yours, bright white HIDs in the headlights. LEDs all the way around inside and out. On board air for tires & tools. Rear jumper cable connections. Swapped out the torque converter for a triple disc. Transgo jr installed. More to go but a good start.
I am seriously considering adding a s475 compound turbo. Want to put it together myself as i haven't found a kit i like yet. Also thinking of remote mounting it in another location for the stealth look and so i can keep the coolant resivor and battery stock. Maybe under the bed???
Still have to add an outlet in the bed connected to my inverter, lift pump and finish the bass speaker/amp

sounds like it's coming together great man. my next goal is to get my tranny built and efi live I'm thinking about getting my tranny built with my tax money when I get it ether that or a set of 35" mud tires and 2" rear wheel spacers and 2" leveling kit on the front. mine being the Alison 1000 5spd which is best a new converter or build it completely?

I would say build it completely. Just adding a converter has been known to shorten the life of the transmission as you are now able to put more torque on the clutchs causing them to slip. I would say to do the transmission first then do your tires. With larger tires and extra HP the transmission will be short lived and you will be building it sooner then you may have planed. If you do the transmission first it will give you time to get things ready for your tires.
I would say, other then efi live my built transmission was the best upgrade i did to my LB7
