Default need help fast

i just did an engine swap on the truck .. after reconect all the wires and harness back and also i did a new fuel injection pump install while the engine is still out side ... but now i try to start the engine , the engine is run but shake allot it feel like one or more of the syilinders are dead ... any i dear anyone ??

First you need to check for codes.
On newer trucks turn key on and off 3 times, codes should appear.

got it .. just found one more plug to the fuel line censor is not conected ...
