Default air dog

So I just installed an airdog 100 on my duramax. I kept all the stock lines to the motor on. It ran fine for a couple days then it started runnin a little slugish. I also heard to wire it to the number 3 fuse. Everyone said theirs wasnt being used. But mine was and it said it was the fuel heater. So I took the fuse out and ran the airdog to it. Figured there was a fuse on the line and it would be fine. But this mornin my check engine light came on. Any suggestions?

i believe the fuel heater fuse is used on all duramax trucks. it is what supplies the power to the fuel heater in the filter housing.

have you checked out the install instruction from airdog? see page 20 http://www.pureflowairdog.com/manuals/A4SPBC085.pdf

what is the code? P0087 or P0088?
