Default injector stuck in cup

Is there a way to remove a stuck injector from the cup? The cup and injector both came out of the head together. Thanks

I would think maybe hose around the injector and cup with a penetrating fluid and let it set for a while,

if you soak it and let it set you might be able use a vice similar to removing a u-joint. screw a injector line back onto it and adjust the vice to catch the outside lip of the cup then pull down on the injector. maybe tap on the tip with a rubber mallet or dead blow hammer, something soft to keep from damaging the tip (the injector has to be in good shape for the core refund) and you don't want to damage the cup either. just an idea i've never had one to get stuck in the cup yet.
