Question Hydro Lock

I'm having a similar problem...... 2002 Silverado 3500
Just had Turbo replaced and on first run delivery, my engine came to a stop.
but first it sounded like two (2) pipes banging together.
Checked oil & even drained about a quart, No sign or smell of fuel
Was able to reverse engine and felt nothing resisting or broke.
Thinking now it is Hydro Locked, as several others seem to think now!
Could having the Turbo replaced, because I know that coolant runs through, have anything to do with it? Checked oil & even drained about a quart, No sign or smell of fuel
