Default I need some help please!!!!

Hey there, I am new to the site and was hopeing someone can help.
Ok I have recently bought A 1995 2500 6.5 and it has very very low miles on it for the year (just turned 70k) yes i know that seems wierd but they are true . I have all the repair invoices from dealer , The old man gave me all that when i bought it . and I know it has sat alot . But when i got it everything was in factory condition so I relocated PMD with cooler kit and new pmd behind bumper and a new chip #5 that what was in from factory. and then cleared codes cause it was dieing and then started right back up but that took care of that problem. then a week later started bucking and coughing when putting under a load , and also check engine light was coming on and off when on interstate (intermiting) so I pulled codes and had #78 wastegate code. so i went ahead and replaced ops (a/c delco) and also checked vacum has great vacum so I replaced wastegate actuator and took care of engine light never comes on now. but we took truck to TN. 220miles ran like a champ. woke up next morning and went to get cigs and starting bucking , just like fuel was being turned off and on and after awhile it stopped and ran fine so a couple days came back home and ran fine no problems. and no problems for the next couple days then started again . so I got to checking and i found that fuel shutoff silinoid seem to be at fault . I could tap on it and would stumble engine just like it would be doing when driveing and off course no dealer had and had to order it so i did mean while I pulled it off and it was working like it was supposed to so I figured electronic inside so i cleaned it and stuff and seemed to be ok but i replaced it when new one came in with a stanadyne. and seems to be ok . till testerday and started bucking going down highway but not bad and then coming through town got real bad only when takeing off with heavy throttle so went to dealer and got a new lift pump thinking maybe it was at fault intermitting. so I changed it and ran a little better but no much different in power. so I got to reading and seen where a MAP sensor could be at fault so i replaced it with Borg warner ( cause i have had goodluck with those in the past ) and seems to be better as of know. and also noticed that it idles a little lower rpm and also when in gear at red light and also seems to shift smother cause it was shifting hard . but have not drove much since then . but seems to be a little louder ( engine) but that could just me being paronod. But if this don't fix it any thoughts on what it might be ?????

oh and also this truck don't smoke that i can see is that normal.it might smoke very little and i can't see it with tinted windows. or should it smoke . or is it ok for no smoke. cause i see alot of diesels that smoke and see alot that don't smoke at all.

and can some one send me a link on how to get more power out of this truck maybe turbo mod. and also need a link on how to do a ops relay mod or bypass. but just to add to first post I also change the fuel silinod relay in relay center too. I am tired of spending money on this truck . but i guess i can't complain cause i only paid 3k for truck. and also it is 4 wheel drive if that might help me fix this and add more hp. so i can pull my 21ft ranger bass boat around the south east . Also this truck is from Oregan and i live in Ga. and that is a big change in barometric pressure but baro sensor should recaculate right!

Lose the Borg Warner parts repeat lose the borg warner parts you should only use AC delco parts on you're 6.5l,I had a friend loose his engine due to a Borg Warner oil position sensor after the top popped off after a week or so and he lost all his oil,and black smoke means wasted fuel the more smoke you see the more fuel you are wasting, I tow 10 to 12 K with my truck up 20% + grades all the time with my A/C on with no problems on a stock truck with 240K so a 21' boat should be no problem for these trucks so unless you are willing to do head gaskets and ARP studs I would not upgrade the turbo and when changing part disconect the batterys for ten minutes to reset the computer,Welcome to D B and good luck with you're new tuck
