haveing new problems on 95 6.5turbo

Default haveing new problems on 95 6.5turbo

I have a 1995 2500hd 6.5turbo with only 68k on truck and motor was changed under warrenty in 2000. I bought this truck from a old man from Oregon and I live In Atlanta,Ga. But anyways I have a several problems . First Had to PMD problems so I bought relocate kit With a super cooler and relocated behind bumper and that seemed to fix 90% of problems. so then I know that truck had not been drove alot each year but he did drive and keep good fuel in it( I have every service invoice from the time it was bought new till present) he took care of it . So anyways I changed fuel filter, oil and filter , And thermostats and coolant cause there were both factory. then about a week later was has a cutting out problem so I changed oil pressure switch in intake valley (FYI do this when cold engine) and modified a wrench. and then truck ran good. But after driveing a day or two When on interstate 60mph or more check engine light comes off and on when it wants to and I noticed that it would come on and off mainly when hottest part of the day but at night rairly comes on and when it came on i can just let up a little on fuel pedal and will go off . so the we took it to TN smoky moutians And it ran like a top and we stayed the night in Knoxville, Tn. Then when we took off next morning It shuttered and was cutting out but after I got on interstae a few miles straightened up. and ran fine but engine light came off and on like before but no loss in power or any studdering so we got to waterpark in sevierville, Tn and parked truck, well then next morning i had to go to store and let truck warm up a little and went to take off and truck was cutting out like shutting fuel off and on. So I pulled in to store and made sure had good fuel prime and was good and would Idle perfect went in store and got cigs and drove back no problems . then later that evening went to walmart and was doing samething and died once but would start right back up and so i let run at a idle for about ten min. and run just fine. so the next day i changed oil switch again thinking maybe had bad switch but still same thing happening . but after getting on interstate ran fine all the way home about 240miles never shut off truck. when got home and next morning I let truck run and get warm and no problems have fuel comeing out of filter check on top and at t valve by thermostat housing . So I pulled flash codes and had serveral codes # 13, 18, 35, 78. so i unhooked batts and cleaned connections and hooked back up read # 12 for normal opperation and so i drove down interstate till light came on and pulled over and flashed code # 78 and thats it . I know that is a wastegate code. would this cause all these problems i have had the past few days . I am going to check vaccum lines and pump vaccum and turbo . Any comments or ideas would be great . I know some of these codes were from before when PMD was at fault cause codes never got cleared!!!

and also before i replaced oil switch the first time I thought pmd was at fault so I warrenty it out so this pmd only has about 800 miles on it and it stays pretty cool but it does get a little warm but not hot .

ok I checked vaccum at Idle and @ 2500 rpms has good vaccum and rod on wastes gates moves freely when truck is off and rod does not move when running . I also check vaccum going into little electric silinoid on top of motor and also checked coming out of it . it all checks out . I also check power supply to silinoid and has 12volts going to it at all times . but the wastegate rod is not moveing when reving up engine to 2500-3000 rpms is this supposed to move or stay sucked in at all times??

ok I found that my fuel shutoff reley was at fault and also found that waste gate was not working proper had good vaccum but not moving at engine rev. Thanks anyways even though no one seemed to have any comments
