Hey all. Just wanted to start a love thread. Now that I have worked most of the kinks out I am really enjoying this truck. I have a 1986 Chevy 4x4 K20 with a 6.2L. Though it's a bit slow for my liking the MPG are pretty freaking impressive for an '86. Little under powered but reliable and fun to drive. So that's it. That's my new found love I never knew I would enjoy! Anyone else love their ride? Tell me about it.

I have been debating weather to sell it or not and remove the listing. We have a lot of bills to pay and $4k will help pay a lot of bills so perhaps I would sell it. Either way I love this truck. I might be painting it in the next few weeks if I get a chance too. It just looks so butch and beastly with the new 33x12.5x16.5 wheels and tires.

Thank you. I just painted some of the truck today. I painted a nice design on it and put about 3 coats of clear on it. I am getting in frost silver pearl and finish painting the truck. I'll post some pictures of my progress so far later tonight.

Tomorrow I will be painting the rest of the truck with flat frost silver pearl paint.

 

Finished the custom paint job on my truck today with the silver pin striping. I went with an off pearl medium indian silver metallic and my own concoction of blue pearl metallic. What do ya think? I LOVE my truck!
