check your grounds, and replace the three that are blown

the glow plugs wont work if the eng-i fuse is blown too

Checked all my grounds. Changed fuses and still nothing. Wondering if it could be the Ecu or the ignition switch?

I'm assuming there is no Wait to Start Light?

I've had to replace the ignition switches on most of my 6.5 diesel vehicles, all of which had upwards of 200,000 miles on them.

I also had bad ignition switches blow fuses.

I would also add grounds. I add a ground to the passenger side battery box that continues down to the frame by the starter, I add a ground from the heater blower ground to the dash mount bolt inches away & a ground from the ground cable to the ground stud at the back of the engine.

I also use copper coat or other anti-seez or dialectric grease as appropriate.
