Im wanting to buy a 1980s model 6.2l blazer to build into a trail rig and the occasional daily driver. with that being said what would guys suggest the M1009 or a civilian model?

I own one, its a work in progress. If you dont have the time, money, and mechanical know how. Dont get one, if you do, great! I love mine. Do the 12 volt conversion and replace both batterys right away. yank mufflers, turn up i.p.
