I knew when you first posted this question that someone with a better understanding of them would chime in, my unites are all manual pumps, but this PMD thing comes up often with "new" people with this motor, lots of reading will make the 6.2/6.5 motor simple to keep running great.

on a side note, if you had a 12V fridge in the truck that would be a great place to put the PMD..... LOL
