Default 95 6.5 no start sometimes

ok heres the deal .... i got a 95 hd 3500 chevy with a 6.5 turbo ... it has been to 3 shops in town and the guy has spent over 2k on it so far and the same prob. still there when ever it wants to it will just shut off die in the street if ya hit a bump. thay have chucked everything at it .... sencers pumps relays puter injector pump you name it now it is in my driveway. sometimes it will start cold or hot don't matter. when it starts all is good . glow plugs work fine and all. its been in the 20s in the morning and she will start rite up after the wait lite gos off .... now when it don't start i got nothing. will crank but no start and i got no wait lite and nothing works. i was thinking that there is a main relay in there someplace but can't find one. luckly it was in a no start mode with a freind here so he watched the lite while i started to do a wiggle tap test on things. made no differnce. it will do this when ever IT wants to. i can go out there now and it may be all good then again it mite not. this poor guy has spent a butt load of cash with no fix. so what i would like to know is there a fuseable link or have eneyone else run across this. eney help would be nice. im not charging this guy for this ..... o btw ... im a heavy truck mech of 30 years retired now and im kinda stuck ..... tnxs ....

Sound like you may have bad PMD also check and clean all your grounds they play big part with these 6.5s

seen one do exact same thing, spent alot of time on it to find it was the batt. connection. the side post bolt was a lil loose causing it to pop a 20 amp fuse at times or shut off and not pop the fuse, sometimes it would shut off over a bump sometimes it wouldnt. Was very intermittent, Id makes sure batt. connections are good and tight. Id even go so far as to remove them and check for signs of arching just to make sure they are getting good contact.

sometimes the fuel shutoff solenoid can short internally and shut one down, grounds are secured at intake manifold bolts, at the front if I remember right, you can see them though if you look at the bolts, have seen the harness wiring at the back of the engine at the firewall rub through and short out too. doesnt advance auto or somebody have free wiring diagrams online?

Where is his PMD mounted at right now and how many miles on the truck

If the PMD still on the pump most likey it bad just to much heat there also check the ground right on top of the IP that for PMD and grounds for puter is at the back right of the intake bolted on the last stud on intake should be 2 wires also the main wiring for puter comes out firewall right under the a/c dryer i have seen many problems happen there from heat of the exhaust and turbo
