Default '98 k3500 Transmission Stuck in Limp Mode.

The vehicle is a 1998 k3500, 4l80e transmission.
I noticed a hard shifting about a month ago and borrowed a friends scanner even though I wasn't getting an SES light to pop up.
Turns out there was a DTC of P0748, which is the pressure control solenoid circuit. The truck would still go into all gears at this point even though it was shifting hard.
So I continue daily driving this truck to work as its my only vehicle. After a few weeks I am driving on the interstate and notice the SES light turns on. I think oh great what now. So when I come to the next stop light I turn and it wont shift out of 2nd gear. I drive the truck back home at about 20 mph and shut it off dilly dally with it a few times, and it will start back up and now it will shift into all gears but shift hard still. Then I take the scanner to it again and I now have 3 fault codes, P0748, P0753, and P0758 which are the 1-2, 2-3 shift solenoid circuits.
So that's where I'm at as of now, but the funny thing is when it shifts in all gears I can stop the truck, put it in neutral, then pop it into 4 Low and it wont shift above 2nd, then ill put it back into 2 wheel and it still wont shift out of 2nd, but can turn it off and start it back up and it will go into gear again...? There were numerous reports of a faulty ignition switch on the internet when researching that I found. So I took my test light and probed the PNRD fuse on the side of the dash when it wouldn't shift out of gear and the test light lit up. Its my assumption that if BOTH shift solenoids throw a code that its most likely there is no 12v power getting to these solenoids. The PCM will max the line pressure out as well because of this as well? Since there is power at the fuse, doesn't that mean there has to be a short somewhere between the fuse and solenoids?

FIXED: It was the main 11 pin connector that plugs into the side of the transmission. It was just loose and needed to be plugged in until it clicked.
