Hey guys I have a 94 3500 crew cab dually 2wd. And i want a 4x4 and was thinking about changing it to 4x4 but did some research and found out it was gonna be way to much work. But i want to know how hard it'd be to get a gas 4x4 crew cab dually and put a dieael motor in it. Cause I've looked at just getting a 4x4 diesel and there just way to expensive but I got a buddy that will sell me his 3500 with a 454 for 2000 and the body is almost perfect

I knew I would have to change the fuel and wiring harness. I could prob just take the dash cluster off my truck. What about themotor mounts? And the cross member for the tranny? And what do you mean about the front end parts? Also one more question how hard is it to put a intercooler on these trucks?
