vacuum wastegate question??

Then it's not completely closed.

A GM-x turbo will build 15-20 psi with your foot to the floor and no wastegate.

It won't do it efficiently, but it will do it....

so my Wastegate solenoid\ Wastegate actuator
well the one on the driverside of engine. Wasnt working so i bypassed vacuum to the wastegate actuator and get 15psi when i get on it This is bad pretty sure 97 6.5 2500
