what is the easyest not eletric or fire way to cut exsust

Hacksaw. But easy is a relative term. A hack saw is nowhere as easy as a saws all, torch, cutoff tool, or plasma cutter.

yep about your only option without fire or electricity is a hacksaw. just remember to eat your weaties its gonna be a workout

and don't forget to pickup a few good new metal hack saw blades. sharp blades make it a bit easier but still not too east. or have a few people rotating turns
