What do I need for a basic code scanner that will not break the bank?
Can a Lap top be used, and where to get the program to use it?

Xtream diesel has one that is about $70 it is an Actron pocket scan list at $125. It looks just like the one they used on my GF's car at AutoZone. It is %10 off this week end for fathers day. I hinted to my kids that it would be great for me cause it would help me when I fix all thier cars.
