Question 6.5 upgrades?

I am a powerstroke guy looking for some advice on what I should to my dad's GMC 6.5 diesel. He was wanting to basically the same thing I did to my truck (intake, exhaust, chip, injectors, turbo, and gauges). I have done a little bit of looking on the internet but the biggest injectors I have found where only 25+hp and I was hoping to find some a little bigger than that. Also the only thing I can find as far as turbo upgrades is an ATS housing. Any advice would be greatly appriciated. Thanks.

HP injectors will not gave you more power
Do 3" DP 4"exhaust back that wake up the truck
Putting in one of Heath programs or chip depending
Also put the PMD in the front bumper
Put 97+ air cleaner system on
