what if i cut the exhaust off in front of the muffler

eh and just leave it there will it fill up the cab with fumes

Cutting them off before the muffler will make them louder but if you want to help it breath I would remove the soot trap (cat) and replace it with a pipe. Make sure that it is be hind the cab.

Will it make any fumes go on the cab I know it will coat the bottom of it with smoke and be loud

Thats how mine is just a pipe behind the cab and I love how it sounds.
