Sad How to accurately establish a value for insurance purposes

I was just T-Boned (hit in the side) in my 82 Silvarado 6.2 diesel, low mileage vehicle. The insurance company is estimating $4K to $4500 in repair costs. I am afraid they will come up with a ridiculous "book value" & attempt to force it on me. I have only had the truck a couple of months (got it from the original owner) & have put a lot of money in it, new brakes fuel system all glow plugs & MUCH more. It has ZERO dings & no rust what-so-ever. I like the truck & want it repaired. I have looked on Edmunds, Kelley Blue Book, NADA with little luck, as most don't go back past 90. NADA did but their valuation does not ask (or care) about how many miles are on the vehicle, or what options - other than A/C - [which mine has & is new for new refrigerant, not the outdated stuff]. Mine has all or almost every option, I believe down to the ralley wheels & cruise control. 130K well maintained miles & is a half ton with the 700r4, half ton - - 30 miles per gallon.

Anyway, I have searched but can not find comps or a site that can help establish an actual value - - any ideas ?? thanxxx...jc
