Default Heath Max-E Tork prom

This prom is the best ever, My truck feels alive and no longer throws soft over boost codes at me. The truck is smooth and the torque converter lock above 40 mph is great. I would recommend this prom to anybody that has a heavy truck or tows alot.

I have the tow also and love it. best thing I have done to the truck so far. When I got the truck it had the wrong prom in it I guess and cold never get it to run right but now perfect.

Has any of you that have one checked your mpg difference after installing one? I want to get one buut if the fuel mileage gain isn't there it will have to wait.

i can guranteed your fuel mileage will suffer the first few tankfuls after you get it. but now that i have gotten used to it and diesel is a lot more expensive i have been driving easier my fuel mileage has improved a little over what i got with the stock program but not a whole lot. but i will say that with all the flogging the truck got when i first got the new reflash the fuel mileage did not go down as much as you would think so it is definelty running more efficent.

Mine has gone up about 2-3 mpg, and the truck weighs 14,000lbs. I was impressed. I'll bet that the prices in NY are way more than by you. $4.51 here now and goin up every two days. About 5 yrs ago it was $6.05 a gallon and it cost me $250 to fill up my f450 every two days. I bout had a heart attack. Good luck guys.
