But my 93 doesn't have a crank fuse I don't think...

it should have one think it a 5amp fuse if i remember right

Yes you are right it does. I tested it with multimeter and it seems to be good.

Going ask but sure did all ready but did you check for power at glow plugs

all that plug on my buddy truck is just tape up to his wire harness
