Default Any thoughts on this fuel???

truck has been running kinda crappy lately. tried draining the filter housing and changing the filter. Cleared up until this evening. So i decided to drain it into a jar to see what it looked like... looked almost like eggnog.... Water maybe??? Think i should drop both tanks and clean them?

i would drop the tanks clean them if the fuel looking like that you don't want run that dirty fuel thur the injector pump

If it was my truck that what i would do. I wouldn't want take a chance clogging IP or injectors

If i'm correct water in diesel for an extended period will start to grow bacteria, or actually fungus i believe. That would be why it's thick. you should drain and clean your tanks maybe you should run one of those sulfur additives once in a while, that's meant to clean your system of bacteria and fungal growth. be aware however the first time you do it you may go through a few filters
