I got a code 78 and getting into the pedal a bit make the truck cut out some and throw the check engine light. I have a turbo master so I need to know how to get rid of it so the truck runs right. I think it has to do with the vacuum hoses that are capped. Thanks.

 

Code 78 is waste gate solonoid fault.

try taking the caps off you should not need to cap being 94
