Default In need of more reliability

I have almost owned my truck for a year now and shes still going strong but since winter is almost over i wanna get back to working on her, im curious of what other reliability upgrades i can make, i already plan on a cooling upgrade of some sort and possibly replacing my oil cooler lines since im pretty sure they are leaking. any more help would be great.

check harmonic balancer and pulley. if these 2 items fail, you might end up with broken crank...ask me how i know!!!

make sure all your injectors are pop tested but i think heath does that. as far as that do the cooling upgrade, replace all fluids with synethtic, and maybe think about some arp studs for the heads

i was thinking head studs, i run royal purple in the diff but i wanna get a detroit locker out back my locker slips out of locked. i run royal in the engine and the trans worths mint with a synthetic additive. i was thinking of doing the head gaskets and arps. is their any point getting a thicker gasket? and is the ho water pump neccesary or should i just get the fan? has brand new fluid and 2 new thermostats.

HO pump is better i dont know if its neccesary but its a defient improvement over the ones we have but if you tow at all i would suggest it. i also forgot to say to deep clean your rad. theres usually a pound of crap stuck in there and it will help your cooling.

thicker gasket will reduce your compression ration which in theory will help longetivity because you are reducing cylinder pressures a bit but it also hurts efficeny. also a bigger risk in blowing head gaskets if you boost too high but i doubt you do that. remember if you do arps to use there lubricant on the threads
