Default Same Codes.... New IP and PMD

Getting same codes after IP and PMD replaced..... and Im stuck in safe mode.
-94 King Cab Long Bed Lowrider 3500 HD 6.5 TD
-16" Alcoa aluminum wheels with long lugs.
-Rebuilt Stanadyne IP and new style PMD.. 1-14-11
-3" no cat straight back exhaust with 5" tip.
-Drop spindles, lowering shackles with bags.
-High Idle mod
-Heath Turbo Master
-Heath Max E Torque Chip

New LP and I just replaced my IP. It came with a new gray PMD. At times the truck will start and run just fine and dandy. But then it will start shutting down the fuel and the engine light comes on. I will be barley able to get 2k RPMs out if it when its doing this. Then out of nowhere it will start fine and run fine again for a while. Sometimes I can go 2 days with no issues, and sometimes I have to drive it that way for a day or so before it will straighten out again. Seams to go all to hell more when at idle for a short while. Does not smoke.
Codes 17, 18, 35 and 36 keeps coming up.
Codes all point to the pump still. same codes I had before I changed the pump. The pump is a Stanadyne updated rebuild 5068.

I dont get this figured out soon, someone out there is gonna get a cheap truck, that they can fix their self.

Ok.... no promises, but I found that my filter inlet fuel line was kinked and causing a restriction.... The IP was probably cavitating and causing the optic sensor to go haywire causing 17, 18, and 35 codes.
I drove the truck in town and on freeway and let it idle for a long time and I have no codes at this time.
Ill drive it a few days again and wait and see what happens. Fingers are crossed that was all it was. I must have kinked it reinstalling it after the IP installation.
