I think BD Diesel might sell rebuild kits, they for surely do rebuild them though. So would a person run something like the KOJO tune with the marine injectors then? Does anyone have Bill Heaths HO Bosch Injectors? Anyone install a Bully Dog Watchdog in their truck?

local stanadyne shop or any general diesel shop that deals with older stuff will be able to rebuild these injectors and pop test them. if you ask pat to give you an extreme tune i bet he would. i asked for more of a tune close to the gl4 so thats why i put the stock replacement ones in.

if you really feel the need to put marine ones in go on ebay and find people that sell genuine bosch marine nozzles and then buy injectors from rockauto. go to a local shop and have them pop tested to around 2300 psi for better atomization. i would price quote first but it should be less than 800 bucks for all of this. all a marine nozzle gives you is better fuel flow at high rpms where boats usually run.

but with our stock turbo we cant really harness the extra fuel cause it is pretty inefficent past 15 psi and stock it doesnt flow much air. a bigger turbo would sure take advantage of that extra fuel with marine nozzles.
Do you have a 4 inch exhaust yet?

I'm running 2.5 inch crossover, 3inch down pipe, 3 inch straight pipe into two 2.5 inch tail pipes, so 3 inch into 5 inch versus the other 3 into 4 inch systems. I am installing a Bully Dog Watchdog this week. How do the stock bosch injectors perform?

Yeah, apparently you need to install the Bully Dog Pyrometer Kit, which isn't a big deal. It is supposed to read the boost pressures from the vacuum via the computer. Someone said that it will work with Heaths GL4 Max e Tork
