Turbo not working i noticed egr looked pretty black so i pulled it first time since i had truck so the gasket is 2 reg metal ones w a solid composit type material in between is this the egr gasket supose to be solid i wouldnt think so maybe someone bypassed it because of bad egr not sure please help need to get turbo working.

I took egr off is there supose to be solid gasket under egr? or should it be open ? almost like someone stuck 2 gaskets together glued something in between them to stop egr from working.

Should the egr gasket be solid or open to recieve air from intake like a gasser? this gasket is solid.

Ya i here that like they say less is more less restricions more horses even if its only very little its more!
