Wolf tomorrow before starting unplug ECT at T-Stat housing then start it see how it runs ECt maybe on it way out

If want to test

Diagnostic check? Here is all I got for the CTS or according to this, ECT :P

An out-of-calibration sensor may not set a trouble code. Use following procedure to test sensor calibration. Disconnect ECT sensor harness connector. Measure resistance between ECT sensor and terminals. Sensor resistance should be as specified. (See resistance values table). Resistance should be high when engine is cold and rop as engine warms. With vehicle sitting overnight, IAT sensor and coolant sensor should have close to the same resistance reading.

ECT Sensor Resistance Values

Temperature in F.........................Ohms
212........................................177
158........................................467
104........................................1459
68..........................................3520
32..........................................9420
5............................................21450
-40.........................................100700
