Default no pwr steering or pwr brakes on 93'td

i replaced the pwr steering pump and bled that 2x but that didn't seem to help the steering at all, the brakes i bled but that didn't help the brakes either. i was told it could be a vacuum leak but both brakes and steering don't work. could it be the booster not working? although correct me if i've heard wrong but i've heard that the booster doesn't ever go bad on the 93 6.5 td's.

my booster isn't the doughnut shaped one though. i have 3 lines to mine one into, one out and vacuum line. how long typically would it take to swap it out if you know? 50 bucks sounds like a really good deal to me versuse 350

A new master cylinder for a 93 should be about 20-40$ and a new booster about 125-175$. It's worth not having anymore problems for 20 more years.
