cold start and dying

cold start and dying

my 96 6.5 starts up and after a few seconds dies then either wont start or hard to start. then blows all kinds of white smoke. just started when weather got cold. would it be glow plugs going bad?

possibly or injectors are getting old or your injection pump is failing
