Default 99 6.5 no start

hey guys, Im asking this one for a buddy of mine so I dont have a ton of info: the truck is a 99 3500, 6.5, bone stock 270k miles. He knows the module that everyone has issues with was going out as it would stall at times but would restart with no issues. This past weekend he shuts it off and now it will not start at all. Can this module just fail or believe its something else? He says he checked the lift pump and can hear/feel it running. Any further suggestions? I hope this makes sense

1) well yes PMD can fail to no start

2) just because you hear the LP does not mean it working

Test the LP buy open the bass T-valve near T-stats see if fuel comming out when you turn key on

Here link on how test the PMD

www.AccurateDiesel.com - PMD Installation Instructions - Accurate Technical Services, LLC

Hope this some help to you

yes, move it to the front bumper when it is replaced. they last a lot longer when they are away from the engine heat.
