Check your Ignition Switch. Point of failure that can create no start and stalling. This is NOT THE KEY MECHANISM. It is under dash on the steering column.

Ok how do i check it. I would hate to go throw another 120 bucks at a part and it not fix it. Would this let me get power to everything but what i am having issues with. I get all the other dash lights and the radio turns on and i am getting power to the fuse box under the hood.

Ya thats what i am leaning toward. I found out if i turn the key on and walk away for 2 or 3 mins and come back the glow plug light will come on. I went over all my grounds again to make sure and added a few. My truck now has more ground straps then a moble home in tornado alley. I did this because i keep getting all kinda of odd codes. One min i will get one code and the next i wont and get a differnt one.

Ok i think i have it on the run now. I figured i only had the problem if the truck sat for a few days. I havent drove it in two days. And had the same problem. Cranked until the batterys got low. I put a charger on it on the 10amp setting and i got the glow light and the truck started right up. Got the glow plug light and everything. I tested my batterys and i have 13.06 volts each battery. My ALT is putting out 14.86 volts. Thats about all i knew how to test. But i only get the glow plug light with the battery charger on it. So i am thinking even tho i have the volts i must not be getting the amps or something like that. I am going to the batter shop tomorrow to have everything tested. the batterys are only a year old.
