Water and methanol injection is used for making a little more power and cooling your EGT's (exhaust gas temps) you run a tank and pump and push the mix through high psi nozzles into your intake manifold after your turbo and intercooler there are many kits out there I like these guys the best Water Methanol Injection Systems for Diesel Engines most run a 50/50 mix for power and go as far as only water to maximize the cooling effect for the EGTS

 

well i did the opitcal senser bump 2day and it worked great only took about 45 mins made my truck faster and rolls a ton of smoke

 

you are running boost and EGT gauges i hope

 

yeah i have both runs 13psi max and egts dont get over 700 at any point
