Default 3500 HD

i was looking on youtube earlier and saw a 1997 3500 HD. does anyone know where i could find the plastic piece that goes above the front bumper like the HDs have on them or if it would fit on my truck?

ok i figured out what it is. the HD models have a straight frame unlike the regular 3500 trucks. the plastic piece covers the gap between the bumper and the grille
