Default plugged fuel drain valve/line

i went to change the fuel filter the other day and went to drain out the old fuel but nothing came out when i opened the valve. so i opened it all the way, took the hose off that points to the ground and still nothing. tried to blow through the valve to see if it would make bubbles in the fuel still in the filter housing and nothing is going through.

any ideas guys?

did you actually check it is pumping fuel. just because it makes noise doesnt mean its pumping. i bet your tank sock needs some cleaning.

it was pretty clean, but i couldnt get all the fuel out, so it might have some trach in it.
