Seem like the rubber lines that run to the filter base crack and wear out. if u moved the filter base at all even tho its bolted to the intake they break. return lines off the injectors are a joke and seem to leak alot to.

If you get a fuel leak anywhere in the valley of the engine it runs down a small hole and down the back by the bellhousing. Check to make sure the filter is properly seated in the canaster, if you moved any fuel lines they are bound to be cracked if original. Take out the two bolts holding the canaster in so you can move it around and check for leaks. Really need to get new injectors, at that mileage you will notice a power increase with new ones. Dont buy ebay cheapos tho, you get what you pay for in injectors.
