How do I turn up the fuel a little bit in my 1994 2500, 6.5 turbo diesel?

need a new burned chip put into your ecm that requests more fuel.

Ok where can I get that? but i also want to be able to adjust it. is that possible?

heath diesel, kennedy diesel, engh motors and walking j designs all have the ability to do it. no you cannot adjust it but you can get a bunch of different chips with different tunes. except thats a lot of money.

mines stock right now. probably going to get a walking j designs kojo tune just because its is somewhat of a custom tune and it is the cheapest for my truck.

since mine is a 97 it is obd2 so i have to reflash my whole computer which is more expensive than yours which is obd1 where you can just get a different chip burned. engh motors and the kojo tunes are somewhat custom where kennedy, and heath are just have standard tunes so they are the same for everybody.

cant go wrong with anyone of them. google those companys i was talking about and see which one fits your budget and liking the best.
