Another thing to thank about with a second turbo is the fact that heath is running 5k rpm also his power doesn't come in until about 2k. I just don't know if it will be very street friendly.

Heath is also running bigger turbos to reach 30 psi and deliver the volume up to 5k. Two gm8 turbos will not be able to produce 30psi just increase volume of air. As far as running on half the engine I don't think it will be a issue because the factory turbo already has to much exhaust flowing through it and ends up being more of a restriction. I don't know just thinking I can pick up a gm8 turbo a lot cheaper than a A-team and if it don't work I still have a gm8 turbo. But first I have to get the truck running.

Dieselboy had to beat the crap out of a dog for attacking the other one. You want to guess which one I had to beat.

Im not going to spend 10k just to prove a point with the 6.5, maybe someday I will weld a twin turbo manifold out of pure boredom, but it would just be for kicks, would probably sound sick though.....

If I was a millionaire I would spend 10k to prove a point. I wouldn't worry about it though I imagine your going to start seeing more and more parts for the 6.5. 8 years ago when I built my 6.2 there was almost nothing for them. Now you can buy all kinds of things for them and with more people building them because of high fuel prices and cost of a new diesel.

he also running a cam designed to provide peak power at 4500-4700 rpms, and a program that is radically different from the one he sells.

boost is easy and cheap just put a spring on your wastegate head and run it to the lever on your turbo stiffer spring more boost weaker spring less boost i wouldn't go over 18 lb's 6.5's are real high comp. any more mite pop a headgasket

The problem isn't getting the boost out of the turbo the turbo is just to small to get the volume of air needed through it.

I just picked up my truck yesterday, got it from stigers trucks in KY, started right up first try, I then went to get the oil changed, used valvoline synthetic 5w40 and less than an hour later I hooked up my trailer with my 2500lb car on it and started towing it from KY to WI, 70mph no problems temps stay low, and she pulls strong....

I love this truck, I can tell that it need a little help in the intake/exhaust department but other than that it is great!!!

I will post pictures later this month, after I return home,

I love the 6.5
