Thanks. I replaced the relay still no luck. I moved to ECM next. I put a tester on the glow plug conn and didn't get anything to happen with the ignition in run. Should I be looking elsewhere or am I in the right place?

 

hm. you should be getting power threw the glow plug relay even with the key in the off position...maybe trace the wires from your glow plug relay to make sure they all are connected to where they are suppose to be...
