Default 6.5 problems
the 3 bolts that hold my injection pump on are loose and 1 is missing. woundering what would cause this problem.

They most likely backed out from engine vibration. Have you ever removed the pump before. If you have did you use loctite on the bolts on the installation.

probably a half assed injection pump replacement job
