The pump has been turned up and has full exhaust and a cold air kit but you cant hear the turbo. The turbo is the factory gm3 and I know its small but was curious if there is a different turbine wheel I can put in or what options I have to make it whine??

no options for a turbine wheel. a good turbo would be an A Team Turbo. it doesnt whine but it decreases backpressure so you get a lot more performance. how much boost are you running with the GM3

i wired the wastegate shut, and it runs up to about 10 psi.
