Hey guys I'm new to the site. I have a 95 6.5 pickup. It ran fine for a day or two and cut off going down the road. I sat on the aide for a while. It finally started up and I made it to my driveway. It would start up then shut off after a few seconds. I let it sit for a couple days. It started up and it ran fine for a couple hours and then did the same thing. I replace the lift pump and the fuel filter. I put fuel conditioner in it and still it will run fin then cut off run fine then cut off....any help would be apreciative

Default 1993 Chevy 6.5 Turbo 1 ton Dully Won't restart after running

1993 Chevy 6.5 Turbo 1 ton Dully will start when it sits over night but If I run it for 30 minutes and I shut it off it won't start here in Florida. When I'm out in West in Arizona I don't have this problem. I have been able to start it if I pump the foot pedal real fast as I crank.
I purchased a external pump and this worked for a year and then purchased another external pump a year later. I only drive the truck once a week but mainly once a year on trips out West. I change the fuel filter every 10,000 miles. The truck has 145,000 miles on it.
Do I need a new IP and a PMD? Does anyone know how much it would cost to have this repaired? Thank you for any help.

Better start your own thread-this is an antiqe thread and although I haven't read it,I figure you will be better off getting specific help with your specific problem.
