Default 6.5 missing and smoking

Hi All, I'm new here and have a question for ya maybe someone knows. got a 94 3500 6.5 turbo, the thing has gotten a miss and white smoke. I have checked out a few things and this is what I have found; It misses at idle, at 1700 it will smooth out but has white smoke, at idle the smoke is very faint. took temp readings and came up with the 2 right rear cylinders about 30* hotter. pulled the turbo and manifold is wet and when it is running spitting out what looks more like oil. their is also fuel on the oil. do you think it has bad injectors on cracked head? I am not good on these but have tore a few down, any help would be much appreciated. thanks Mike
