Default Need a opinion

I found a 6.2 2wd 4spd rough body and interior.It starts run and shifts fine .Do you think it's worth $800 ?

If it runs good, accelerates good (I said good, not fast) and doesn't smoke too bad (you can still see part of the road) I would buy it in a heartbeat. Good fuel mileage. If it starts hard, I seem to spend most of my money on those. I have had a few, and never spent a dime on the ones that started good, and a TON on ones that had to crank over and over. Usually glowplugs, but have found bad injector pumps. GOOD NEWS: parts are cheap (compared to my Cummins)

The trucks not goning anywhere until I make up my mind he a friend and not really needing money so he said he would hang on to it

definitely worth the money. tranny and motor are worth that alone.
