hey guys, im asking this for a friend. he has a 93 1 ton. and he wants to hear his turbo. so im asking if there is a turbo silencer. i drive a dodge and it had one. he dosent want to do any mods really. just want to hear it. thanks guys

 

The best way is to look in the inlet of the turbo and see if there is a shiny, smooth piece that looks like it funnels air into the turbo. If it has something like that it's silenced, if not then you are good to go. Straight pipe the exhaust.

 

1st gens do not have MWE housings... as such, they do not have silencer rings
